Give yourself space to be able to switch off before your class starts. Rushing in to the class is already not a nice start for your body and mind combined with the heat. Let your body slowly get used to the heat by arriving at the studio on time (the studio is open 20 minutes before class starts) and relaxing on your mat, rather than rushing in at the last minute.
